Currently, the common payment methods for our customers are T/T payment and LC payment. For T/T payment, we have accept 100% T/T, 30% T/T in advance + 70% T/T after see B/L.For LC payment,we have accept as LC AT SIGHT, LC 60 days, LC 90 days, LC 120 days. If you want to use other payment methods,pls inform in advance,then we can discuss for flexible adjustment.

Our company conducts 2 season product development per year, spring-summer and autumn-winter.We have a professional team that closely follows the market fashion trends, from yarn selection, yarn design, to knitting yarn in to swatches, make swatches  into hangers, brochures and color cards. The moisture regain, twist, evenness of yarn, strength, color fastness, etc., of the yarn are all basic quality requirements for the yarn. We will focus on and strictly control these aspects during the sampling stage. Once the sample is confirmed, the quality of the bulk goods will be consistent with, or even better than the sample. When producing bulk goods, we will first conduct basic tests in our own laboratory; if the customer requires, the sample can be sent to authority institutions such as SGS, ITS, BV to issue an authoritative test report.

It depends, for regular-quality products and those products we have massively produced, we usually have available stock. If there is no stock, then we need to arrange it. For top dyed yarn quality samples, the MOQ is 5 kg, with a lead time of about 7 – 10 days; for yarn dyed quality samples, the MOQ is 3 kg, and the lead time is approximately 3 – 7 days.

For top dyed quality: Usually, the MOQ is 2000 kg with the lead time around generally 30 – 45 days.

For yarn dyed quality: the MOQ is 500 kg, and If there is raw white yarn in stock, the goods only takes 7 – 15 days for dyeing before shipment.

Many customers are concerned about whether small-batch orders can be accepted.

Take yarn-dyed products as an example. The regular MCQ is 1000 kg per color, and the MOQ per order is 2000 kg. However, as long as there is an order , we will do our best to coordinate and handle it to support the customers.

In common, we can ensure that the quality of the produced sample is consistent with the customer’s original sample. But if special raw materials are involved, it depends on whether the corresponding raw materials can be purchased; at the same time, we will also combine the customer’s original sample and customer’s expected effect, and create a more suitable product type for the customer on the premise of controlling costs.

Well, 70% of our company’s products are exported to Bangladesh and Vietnam, and we have set up offices locally, equipped with professional and experienced marketing and sales service teams. If there is a quality problem,you can contact with our colleagues at any time, they shall meet you within 24 hours.If goods are in other countries,it is also workable,cause with years of textile industry experience, we have accumulated partners around the world, such as Turkey, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Switzerland, etc., and can efficiently respond to various after-sales needs.

Usually, garment customers will arrange for a third party to conduct an inspection factory before shipment, mainly focusing on finished garments,but the inspecting for yarn is relatively rare, but our company have meet this third party inspection before. As long as you have a third-party inspection requirement, you can inform us in advance, and we will fully coordinate and make arrangements to ensure the smooth progress of the inspection process.
